[Macquarie University에서의 생활 2일] 드디어! Sydney에 도착

여행가기 전에, 보조 Battery를 챙겨서 오자

 

눈을 깜았다가 떴는데, sydney에 도착했다. 너무 빨리 도착한 것 같아 의심이 들어 옆에 있는 부부에게 "Here is Sydney?"라고 물어볼 정도였다. 그렇게 2일간 비행기에서의 숙면을 끝낼 수 있었다. 일단 내려서 가장 먼저 한 일은 baggage를 찾는 일이었다. 그리고 인터넷에 알아본 Opal Card를 만들려고 주변에 있는 사람들에게 물었다. 다행이도 바로 옆에 상점(?)이 있어서 Opal Card를 구매하러 갔다. 그런데... 주인장께서

"Sorry?"

 

안 들린다. 진심 안들린다. 한국에 있을 때, 영어 공부를 위한 영화며 짧은 인터넷 강의 등 야심차고 자신있게 들었는데. 진짜는 달랐다. 머라는 거야... ㅠㅠ 주인장도 나의 상태를 느꼈는지 천천히 이야기 해주셨고 나는 간신히 알아들을 수 있었다. 그렇게 20$를 충전하고 T1 Subway를 타러 내려갔다. 신기하게도 2층으로 된 subway였다. 한국의 경춘선을 달리는 ITX 정도? (아 찍어둘껄...). And I got off at Wynyard Station. Then, I walked while watching the google maps. After I arrived bus stop, I had to wait 30 minutes. I was surprised there were many people riding bike. And unlike Korea, there was no electronic panel to show bus time. But There was time table to show bus time. (I should have taken picture...) I got on the 288 bus. After I arrived near my share house, I walked while watching google maps. But I had only 4% battery. So I called master of share house. But she doesn't receive my phone call. So I totally frustrated. Fortunately, I barely found my share house.

There were 5 Chinese. I was only Korean. So, I was little shrink. And actually, my room was little dirty and most of furniture were old. But I booked it for 70,000 won for three days.

As I arrived this home, I washed my dusty and oily body and then took a rest.

(The reason why I suddenly write in English is that I felt need to learn English.)
